What graphics card will work with 230watt PSU?

My mums computer needs a graphics upgrade, even just to play games on low settings,
its specs are

CPU-e7300@2.7Ghz
GPU-GMA3100
MOBO-MSI 7525
PSU-230watt????
RAM-4GB ????

(????) are because Compaq blocks everything and makes it hard to move any internal components

anyway what would be a suitable GPU for REALLY light gaming?
any help appreciated thanks.

Something like a Radeon HD 4350 or 4550 will work. You should be able to use a passively cooled version. The cards make call for 300w PSUs, but I have seen them in similar systems to the one originally described working just fine. BTW, these cards can be found for next to nothing. Good luck!
