5 Drives: 4 in RAID10, 1 in Non-RAID

Hello, I have a P5W DH Deluxe Motherboard. I am looking for a way to do the following: 1 drive (non-RAID) to house the OS and applications 4 drives setup in RAID10 Can I do this with this motherboard? What is the best way to do this?

For the RAID10, you'll use 3 ports from the ICH8R (SATA1, SATA3 and SATA4) and one from the Silicon Image 4123 (EZ-RAID1 - that disk will be identified as an External Disk). I know that an IDE drive can be used for the OS (that's what I use), but I don't know if you can use a SATA drive connected to SATA_RAID1 port (you shouldn't use the eSATA port).
