How to transfer files to my new drive?

So that drive is going to be my new drive that I'm buying. Here's my current drive http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00348TXZ8/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=

I want to transfer EVERYTHING(including OS) from my old drive to the new drive. How do I do this in the simplest way. Please explain in step by step instructions.

As for cloning the drive over, this is what you are supposed to use:

It will clone EVERYTHING right? Will I encounter any problems when do this method? Also my new drive is going to be seagate but my old drive is a western digital. So I should use a seagate disc transferer or western digital disc transferer?

by clone it means clone.

You should use DiskWizard to prep the seagate then perform the clone.
