Also for a little more money, I would pick up the Samsung Spinpoing F3 1TB drive, which is faster and has a larger capacity.

I would drop down to a 5770, which is more than enough for your resolution. The 5830 isn't highly recommended as a GPU. It's price point and power doesn't make sense. As resolution less than 1920x1080, the 5830 doesn't have enough power and the 5830, is to costly for resolution less than 1920x1080, where the 5770 fits perfectly.
