New i7 build

Hello, I'm looking at building a PC with an i7 CPU. I can't decide between a 860 or an 930. I am willing to spend up to $800. Any advice on parts or which CPU would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Depending on what you're doing, the 860 will probably be the better choice as total system cost is generally a little less and performs about the same.
