9800GT comes in two forms, a 125W and a 75W variant generally labeled the green edition.

ATI lists the TDP of the 5750 at 86W, so its slightly between the two versions of the 9800GT but it is also better performing.

Both have very similar power draw. The max rating for the vram on the 9800gt (w/6pin) is 105w while at stock clocks its 85w with the 55nm drawing around 70w. The 5750/70 draws around the same wattage. Performance wise its in favor of the 5750/70. Avoid the green editions they're crap period.
