Mini ITX AM3+ board

Is there any Mini ITX AM3+ motherboard available?
I need a mobo that supports AM3+ CPUs, minimum 95W TDP, PCI-Express 16x slot (v1.1/2.0), and maximum of 8GB DDR3 RAM (speed is not a concern).

I know of AM3 boards with PCIE 16x slots from J&W Minix, but is there a AM3+ version, preferably from more well known manufacturers?

AM3+ is not even released yet, so how would there be motherboards available?

As above. There are no AM3+ motherboards or processors.

I read this, and some of the mobo is on sale in my local computer shop. So I thought other manufacturers already released some AM3+ mobos as well.

it actually make sense to release the mobo first and then the processor.
people who needs a computer NOW could buy a Phenom II with an AM3+ mobo,
so the upgrade path is open for the next 1-2 years.
