O/S missing

i just instaled a new hd ive tried to install win from a usb and i keep getting missing O/S ive used the usb/dvd download tool and used an iso but no good my dvd drive does not work any ideas ? also i have set it to boot from usb in bios

Sorted it i used ultra iso and had to use express settings on it for it all to work its just a shame they never made a fully working official driver in 64bit for my lame go7400 just wish i could also add more system mem. too it too lol
