Which memory modules will work in a Dell XPS 420?

I am looking at upgrading my Dell XPS 420 memory and want to ensure I get some that is compatible. I have checked on the crucial web site and see that the Dell XPS 420 supports the following DDR2:-

PC2-5300 (which is what is currently installed - 4x1GB)

PC2-6400

PC2-8500

I must admit I only thought the XPS 420 support up to the 6400? I would like to go to 8500 as this is better?

Which of the following memory upgrades would you suggest and can you advise if they will work or not:-

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY...

http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr2_p...

All of these are around £100 which is my budget, however if I can get cheaper then great.

Are there are better and more suitable modules I haven't considered?

Thanks

You may not gain anything going with 1066 ddr2. Haven't seen any dell boards that could clock at the higher speed. If pc6400 is cheaper, I would go with it. Honestly, haven't seen much difference between pc5300 and pc6400 ddr2. If you're not changing motherboards, then you may want to keep what you have and go with a better video card.
