Stop screwing with the elevator music and idiot "customer service" reps.
Go straight to the top:

mkalogris@suncom.com (Michael Kalogris, chairman and CEO)
sskinner@suncom.com (Steven Skinner, pres and COO)
dclark@suncom.com (David Clark, exec vice pres and CFO)
smcnulty@suncom.com (Steve McNulty, senior vice pres of sales and
marketing)

Considering Cingular purchased Suncom and most these clowns will probably be
out the door any way, you really think they give a rats ass if you are happy
with your service let alone going to do anything to help.

Unless something just changed, Cingular did NOT purchase Suncom.
Suncom, the marketing brand of Triton PCS, Inc., will definitely have
some changes that are already transitioning. Cingular and Triton PCS
have agrees to "swap markets". Some former AT&T Wireless markets will
go to Triton PCS to be covered under Suncom. Some former Triton PCS
markets will go to Cingular. These market areas include, but are not
limited to, Puerto Rico, Virginia, and North and South Carolina.
