No, they are not compatible.
The MB calls for 1.5v RAM. The TW3X4G1600C9D is 1.8v.
Here is some nice G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL RAM that will work - and it's on MSI's QVL!
It is $70 after Promo, a good deal.

Oh okie....im not at home rt now..out of curiosity ... if i install the dominator RAM on my MOBO will it have any adverse effects? or the computer will not boot at all?

You've already ordered it haven't you?
No, it won't hurt the MB. It may boot, it may not. If it does then it may run fine for awhile, then do weird things without reason. Every board and every RAM act differently.

Actually, I was abt to win a bid on ebay.....it was coming for 23 pounds...a tempting deal..! but at last minute someone else outbid me (after seeing your reply..i was waiting for that outbid)...then i had a sigh of relief....
