Hello,
i have a TOSHIBA Satellite Pro A200-EZ2204X NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo T7250(2.00GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 1GB Memory DDR2 667 120GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi Intel GMA X3100:

I just recently ordered this ram and installed.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory Model F2-5300CL5D-4GBSA

It seems the laptop is now going slower. How do i check to make sure its running at the speed it should be? The computer is registering at 3GB which i knew would be the case cause its win xp pro 32bit. Help!

More memory doesn't necessarily make it go faster, but programs that are memory intensive will not take as long to complete. Many people feel as you do; that something speedy was going to happen to their computer.
As long as it is working don't worry about it.
