Half capacity shown for hard drives

Hello all. This is my first time posting on this site. I am putting together a computer for my parents to replace the one they got in 2002. It was a freebie from a friend. He built it and the old power supply went out. He wanted a new one anyways so I got it.

Here are the specs:

K8VSE-Deluxe Motherboard
A pair of Western Digital Raptor 86.7 GB hard drives
2GB DDRAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
AMD Anthlon 64 3400+
I am not running the drives in RAID.


It boots fine and everything is running great, but both hard drives show that they are 34.3 GB. After much Googling, I updated the BIOS and went into Windows 7's partition manager. It still only shows 34.3GB. Even in the BIOS and at bootup it says somewhere around 37GB.

How do I get the drives to their full potential?

What are the model numbers of your drives?

I don't see any model with an 87GB capacity in the following list:

I feel quite dumb. The real problem was my bad eyesight. It turns out both drives are 36.7GB and are working to their full capacity.
