Hello,
looking for a motherboard which supports Intel Q8400 2.6Ghz, DDR2 8500 1066Mhz with at least 4 sata port and 6 USB 2 ports.

This was the only one I could find on Newegg. Biostar isn't the best brand for motherboards, and it might be worth your while to find a motherboard that has fewer USB ports on the back panel and use a breakout to get the additional ports, in exchange for better build quality.

I checked the CPU support and the Q8400 is listed, but without knowing the model number for the RAM I couldn't check for certain if your RAM is qualified on the board.

If you're fine at running your RAM at 800, or using a USB breakout, it would open up your options substantially, and you'd probably find something a little better.

I got one for sale ...ASUS P5Q deluxe .....let me know and it comes with cpu ...ram corsair dominator 4gb and the fan for the ram and it also comes with other things let me know ....

This board only has 4 rear-panel USB ports - just in case you don't have a rear panel breakout. The ASUS board looks nice, and is a good brand, but is no longer available new. If you wanted that one you'd have to buy one from someone else - not that there's necessarily any problem with that. CPU support looks good on both of them though.

yup and they work great ...the only reason im getting rid of them is cuz i did an up-grade MSI BIG BANG XPOWER ....that's the only reason ....
