Wireless router connection

Hello,
I upgrade my Acer laptop to Windows 7 and now my internet wireless router connection is no longer there. I want to add comcast wireless to my laptop. Can you help me?

You may just need to install the driver. What is the make/model number of your laptop?

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5517/5997

Follow this link:

http://support.acer.com/drivers_download.aspx

Select "Notebook>Aspire>Aspire 5517" and then look for the Wireless LAN driver near the bottom of the list. After downloading and installing that driver give the computer a reboot and see if that makes any difference.
