open a command prompt. move to the direcory where the file is stored
How to use CMD:
Start -> Search (or Run) -> CMD (press enter)
C:\Users\User\>cd \
C:\>cd progr*
C:\Program Files\>cd Micro* Office
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\>dir

Commands Explained:

cd = change directory
cd .. = go back
dir = list contents
copy = copy
help |more = help

*OR*

You could download linux (Kubuntu would be the easiest)

1) Download Kubuntu @ kubuntu.org/getkubuntu

2) Burn the ISO using Windows ImageBurner, or any image burning app you like *OR*
Download Lili @ http://www.linuxliveusb.com/en/download
and follow steps 1 ~ 3 to make a bootable USB drive.

You can now boot into linux (without installing) to navigate your hard drive and do whatever you want with the file.
