Can a nvidia GT220 be put in my 300w power supply desktop?

This are my computer and screen specs:
AMD Phenom II X4
4gb ddr3 ram
750 HD 7200rpm
Monitor is 18.5" at 1366 x 768

and what games can I play with that?

300 Watts? That is cutting it close.

Recommends at least 250 watts and that's with JUST the specs you provided. I would get at least 400 watts.

Game wise, expect medium/low settings for most games.

I wouldn't bother playing games at all with that card.

it would just add insult to games.

most likely you it would be fine,

just to be sure what model is your phenom II x4

but you'd probably only be able to get low to maybe medium settings, at lower resolutions

For GT220, 300W is more than enough... :) 

But, that card is the weakest thing on your computer...
You can play many games with that card and that resolution, but maybe with medium or even low setting.
