As a W2K Pc the Remote Registry Service is logged on as LOCALSYSTEM. When we
upgrade to WXP this service is logged on as LOCALSERVICE.
The problem is the permissions on the reg key:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\Winreg
This key needs to have the LOCALSERVICE added with Read permissions.

Is there a way to add this fix to our XP UPgrade installation point or does
this change need to be done manually after every upgrade?

Any advice/suggestions are welcomed.
