How to reset bios of gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H

I have a gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H motherboard with and amd pheom 9650 quadcore processor and it used to show 4 cores and 4 threads. But now after my resent format of my c drive the pc show on 1 core and 1 thread in it and the pc has also gone slow very much so how can i fix tis problem. i tried the removing of baterry technique but there was no change. so pls advis me what can i do to fix this problem. any 1 can also e-mail me at babinsaha1990@gmail.com. pls help me guys

You should not post your email address in an open forum.

Look in the motherboard manual. If you do not have one, you can download a copy from the Gigabyte site.

Look in Chapter 1, Internal connectors. You want the "CLR_CMOS" section.

If you can't figure out how to reset the bios, then take the battery back out and leave it out for 30 minutes or more, that should do the trick, even on stubborn mb's...
