1155 motherboard questions.

Hey everyone, I have a few questions regarding motherboards since I'm planning on buying a new PC...
Till now I think I'm going to choose the Intel Core i5-2500K processor and now about the motherboards .. Someone told me that this motherboard is pretty good

but the thing is, I could order this but it would take a few weeks till it arrives where I live but I found almost the exact same version but it wasn't "Pro"
What exaclty is the "Pro" version of it, is it worth the time? Or should I just pick up the normal version from the computer store next to me .. what would you guys recommend?

If you never plan on adding another gpu the P8P67 would be fine.
The Pro offers support for two gpu's in Crossfire or SLI.
