I really hope they work with my mobo, will they? please help.

Yes they should work but nowhere near the potential your board offers.
You bought dual channel ram for a tri-channel set-up.
Your mobo requires 3 stick ram kits like this.

Most people buy either 6GB or 12GB kits for X58.

Thanks, will I still see a big difference from 4gb ram to 12 ( including these? ) I can't return now and I don't have enough money to buy another set... I am a 3d artist and do a lot of rendering and art on pc, gaming as well. I hope to still see a difference.
