Hi,
I am a total newbie in computers and I'm building my first video editing machine/budget CAD.
I am wondering if this computer: http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=sv&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=sv&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.inwarehouse.se%2Fk%2Fki.aspx%3Fsku%3D616265&act=url that has 2x2GB RAM, will function together with two of these http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=sv&sl=sv&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.inwarehouse.se%2Fk%2Fki.aspx%3Fsku%3D517988
Since they're both DDR3 SDRAM I thought they would work together.
Thanks for all the help!

Your PC will come with 4G of RAM 2x2G and you want to add 8G more 2x4G for a total of 12G.

Based on the links you have provided, yes it will work.

Worst case, if you have any trouble with stability, take out the 2x2G and leave in your 2x4G. Sometimes PCs have stability issues if the ram is not the same amount per slot. 8G of Ram should be enough for nearly every application.
