I wonder if DDR 4 will ever come out?(lol, wat else is there to say?)

Its going to need to be tied to a new architecture from Intel or AMD since almost all CPUs have integrated memory controllers, but i dont think there is a need for it right now since memory is rarely a limiting factor and one of the biggest things that needs working on is memory latency not memory bandwidth, if they could get DDR4 to give us the same bandwidth as DDR3 but with DDR2 timings we would be better off.
