I remove a program from my XP but it still shows up

Hello,
I have Robot Driver by Blitzware in my XP and I definitely thought it was removed. Does not show up in the list for add/remove, but it continues to return in my icon list and also in my programs list. ow do I get rid of it and I think it is a scam too.

there are probably more elegant solutions but you could just go to c:\Program Files and delete the files manually
