Will the Dell Inspiron 580 support the Radeon 5670 or 4870?

I'm fairly certain it has a 300w PSU. I ordered this model without a video card.

Can either the Radeon 5670 or the 4870 run on that power supply?

(I also believe it's 24 and 4pin)

A 300 watt power supply handles a HD5670 OK, I'm currently running that card on a HP 300 watt psu on one of my computers.

I think I'm going to replace the power supply so I can use the more powerful card. I'm assuming 550w would be sufficient? (For the Radeon HD 4870)
