Turbo Boost is setup in your BIOS. Your motherboard owner's manual should explain exactly what to do in your BIOS. Remember that it is not on turbo all the time though, just when there is demand on the system. In fact, your computer should run at about 1.6 rather than 3.3 when there is minimal cpu demand. You can monitor what your cpu is doing at any time by downloading the free app called CPUZ. There is also a free ASUS specific version called CPUZ ROG.
