I cannot set up raid 0 on GigabyteGA -890GPA-UD3HA because I cannot find the right SATA RAID driver (Bootdrv\SBxxxW7\RAID\W764A) because it does not seem to be on the installation disk - only AHCI mode driver. Can anyone tell me where to find this please?

You need to know the rev level of your motherboard (usually on the corner of the board diagonally opposite the RAM corner on a gigabyte motherboard). If you know it, you can get the RAID drivers here:

http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/download-center.aspx?kw=890GPA-UD3H&ck=

You usually have to install the RAID drivers at the front end of the Windows installation process.
