BOOTMGR is missing

Hello,
I tried to reformat my computer and i got an error. Now it is tllling me this message.
"BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"
It restarts and than gives me the same message. I have a HP dv6000 AMD turion64. can someone please help? thanks!
