I also have adata classic ch94 500GB and anytime i inset it, it tells me to format and also there is something shaking it (container).... please what should i do?

Open the case, check the connections. If it's shaking, I'm guessing it was dropped at some point, which could also mean a dead hard-drive.

You can try to run a recovery program like Recuva to try to see if it will find files on the drive.
