ATI DRIVERS CRASHING

Well I have just got a card hd 5850 and it keeps on crashing and saying drivers have recovered and blah blah...the temperature goes upto 64 and arnd 59 even on 57 or when i just start the game it crashes..stucks for a second again driver crash error..contiues thn freeze.....
and so so many people have this problem..and rarely got fixed
Got everything latest drivers nd all..
what to say..kind of stupid of ati..now..and now their retard drivers..
