Up until recently I was running 4x1gb OCZ SLI-Ready Edition DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) RAM modules in a GA-P35-DS3L mobo, and have now been forced down to 2x1gb from a functionality error in one of the modules. I plan on running 2x2gb if not more, but was hoping to get some recommendations (looking to spend $80, no more than $100). I do quite a bit of multi-tasking, and this drop to 2gb is just unbearable. If I can answer any questions let me know, appreciate the help.

That is factory overclocked to the lower cas. Either the AData or the Corsair should handle 2.1v and 4-4-4-15. Corsair actually used to make 4-4-4-12 2.1v DDR2 800. I used it quite a bit but no longer see it on newegg.
You could also just get 2 of the kits I linked to for 8GB of matched for around your $100 limit.

4Gb is really sufficient for most use. You might want 8Gb if you use photoshop or video processing programs. Otherwise just for a general use/gaming computer 4 Gb should be enough.
