I cant decide on a board that I want for my HTPC. I love the asus one but its a little pricey. I thought p66 was better than h55 but I lose some options such as hdmi even though the board is cheaper.
It's for an HTPC that will include a nic, tv tuner (pcie x4), and maybe a GeForce 240gt.
I'm useing a core i3 in it.

The P55 is straight out. It doesn't have the ability to make full use of the i3's integrated graphics.
So between the EVGA H55 and Asus H55, I'd get the Asus. It's higher quality and has more options for expansion. Not to mention a better combo with the i3.
