6800GS 256MB vs. On-Board 7025 512MB

Hey everyone,
Just did a rebuild, because old mobo fried. Had a 6800GS in the old build, but now have on-board 7025 on my Asus M2N68-AM.
The guy who did the rebuild for me took the 6800GS; is it worth getting it back from him or is the 7025 comparable?
