When I go to help and support, system config/ start up, in the box that you
check that you want to have running, I think I have a program that has a
virus that starts up sometimes,it's called elitelob.32.exe, plus I have about
15 other programs that I don't know how they got there. Anyone know how to
delete the programs in that box. You can't click on it or move it.
Thank You

Hi Raymond,

elitelob32.exe is a malware process. See here:

CastleCops » elite***32.exe [antiware]:
http://castlecops.com/postt106907.html

Follow the malware removal advice listed here:
http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.php. The quickfix methodology helps in
eliminating most of the malware, but some require user intervention and
examination of the HijackThis log. If that is the case follow step 8. "IF
THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM"
