APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: End of July (latest) otherwise ASAP :D

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST IMPORTANT TO LEAST: Multi-tasking (Web surfing, Up & Downloading music, youtube, winamp, Y! messenger, etc.) Gaming (Starcraft, Starcraft II, CounterStrike: Source, COD: Modern Warfare 2, Command and Conquer: Red Alert, maybe WoW or Warcraft III, all online) Photo Editing (Photoshop CS3 or CS4; [I've got a 15Mpixel digital SLR I'll be uploading 15-25Mb images to the web and throwing images from my CF card to my HDD all the time and usually by the hundreds]) playing music constantly, everyday things after that, word processing and such. I want it FAST! -MAY- want to Overclock in the future!!

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Case/Tower, Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers, Display, OS (win7 or Linux or both?)

PREFFERED WEBSITES: Frys.com or NewEgg.com; TigerDirect, whatever is reliable! I have a local Fry's.

PARTS PREF: AMD, ASUS, GIGABYTE

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: This thing needs to be fast, I hate waiting. I've got a 19" 1080p TV I'm going to hook into via HDMI; I'd also like a good audio chip because I'll be playing music constantly. I'll also be using this PC somewhat for Android OS development. I've been suggested CPUs that have an L3 cache and I've found some good ones for my price range.

I figure if I spend +/- $99 on each part, I'll end up where I need to be.

I'm still questioning the parts list I've rounded up and would like some advice on what to get, mostly in terms of a CPU/MoBo combo from NewEgg or Frys!

Any and all help is much appreciated!
