Mainly im wondering if these components are compatible and if a piece is going to bottleneck me or not. Also if i can substitute something to save money and not lose performance would be great too.
Thanks!

It all looks good, but there are a couple places you could save money.

If you are getting the Antec 902 get the TP-750 so you can combo it, it comes out $10 cheaper before rebate and $20 cheaper after rebate.

You can combo the mobo with the CPU too to save another $15

This Gskill Pi series kit is $10 cheaper before rebate and runs at tighter timings and lower voltages.
