Mainboard n68s

I just installed a Biostar n68s motherboard in a new system and it wont power up. When I push the button the fans start and then stop after about 1 second. All parts are brand new and I have disconnected every thing.

What can I check or test for?

What is the make and model of the power supply unit?

Did you connect the 2 x 2-pin +12V CPU power connector from the power supply to the JATXPWR2 connector on the motherboard near the PS/2 Mouse & PS/2 Keyboard connector?
