DELL Tape Drive Ejecting tape

Hi there all,

I have DELL LTO Tape Drive PowerVault 110T that attempts with reading the tape then ejects it right after.
I have tried cleanign cartridge and followed some of the technical support threads online but still the problem is not solved. i also tried resetting the Tape Drive but still having the problem.
Any help is kindly appreciated

Any error message from your backup software? Have you tried different tapes?

no error messages displayed.
i also tried a brand new tape as well as old ones just to try but still have the problem.

It attempts to read it, it makes some shaking noise but i think its part of the reading process, then it spits it out whether the tape is fine or not..
