If you can, wait until the 900-series chipset board are out; they will support all the features in Bulldozer. Buying an AMD motherboard now seems shortsighted.
Otherwise, I've had good results from ASRock. As reviewers have often pointed out (e.g. Tom's, Hardware Secrets), they have a long list of features, high quality components (e.g. solid caps, ferrite chokes), and still manage to hit good price points.
I'd also consider Asus, possibly Gigabyte.
