i bought 4x8 GB kit from Memory America and it was buffered ECC made by Avantt with Hynex chip in it... however it was not compatible with ASUS P8B WS motherboard... contacted manufacture they assure me of compatibility without actually testing it on particular MoBo... after installation it was non recognizable... contacted ASUS tech support they advice me on their supported RAM listed on their website.... after about a week of tweaking and trying got it working, but... those modules dramatically lost their speed from 1333Mhz to 800Mhz so i have to RMA them.. thanks God with full refund ... now the only other one is Axiom...but it is way to much money... seems to me they are the only one on a market as of today... and their site sais "...Discontinued Product"
http://www.axiommemory.com/config/products/branded/AX31333E9Z/8G.aspx
but those people have them on sale... i assume ... i gona investigate tommorow
http://www.provantage.com/axiom-memory-solutions-ax31333e9z-8g~7AXM97RC.htm
you can find them by manyfacture #AX31333E9Z/8G just google it...

If anybody know where to get different ones please let me know 4x8GB DDR3-1333/PC3-10600 ECC 240-pin Udimm

p. s. I have talked to Hynix they told me their version will be available in 4Q of 2011
... talked to Kingston their respond were by the end of may...
if not i just wait until it will became more available....

cheers...

I have been looking for 32GB of 133Mhz ECC unbuffered RAM for my Supermicro X9SCM-F which I use for VMware testing. I finally found a 4 DIMM kit made by Kingston part number KVR1333D3E9SK2/16G. As of this posting it sell for $337 on Provantage website and Kingston Website for $381. The larger memory modules cost about 12% more per GB than the smaller 4GB modules that give you a total of 16GB RAM so not too bad.
