Hello folks,

This question refers to Toshiba Satellite A505-S6005.

I currently have regular HDD and I would like to add SDD to this laptop. I wonder if anyone knows how do I do that?
The question mainly refers to,
- if there is enough space inside to fit both the drives?
- If not, if its possible to keep SSD outside? (I don't know how would you connect it. Although this is laptop, its more like a desktop).

Many thanks in advance.

Hi the only way you can have both hard drives in there is if u get an optical drive caddy (fleabay has them) and get rid of ur CD drive.

The best way would be to get the SSD and get a 2.5" enclosure for ur current drive and use that as the external/programs drive.

hope this helps.
