Hello, where can a person find information about power supply adjustments, such as p.s utilization, surge compensation,Capacitor Aging?

Only very few PSU's have adjustable outputs. For everything else, there is Google.

PSU utilization? I don't like running a PSU over 70% of its capacity. But that is a personal preference.

I don't worry about capacitor aging. I just buy good power supplies.

I also do not worry about surge compensation. Maybe if I had flaky power, I might.
