I don't know a lot about computer components, so I asked some gamer friends and they came up with this list @ Newegg. Can you tell me if this is OK considering I don't want to spend more than 1000 dlls? Or maybe recommend me another list? I don't need OS/Monitor, Thanks a lot:

You can get a better 1 TB drive (Spinpoint F3) for $5 less.

Otherwise, it looks like a pretty good gaming build. The Tuniq may be overkill, but frostytech gives it very good reviews. (I have one myself.)

In order to show someone else your wishlist, you have to make it public. That link will simply take people to their own wishlists.

Weird because I made it public but I don't see how to link it so I just copied the link from where yo make it public. Anyway, thanks for your advice regarding the HDD, I'm going for it.. Thanks!

1. The Gigabyte 890GX is way overpriced for what if offers: if u looking for a CFable 800 series i would suggest
a. Biostar TA890FXE for 16/16 on the cheap whilst being up there with the big boys performance wise
b. Asrock 870Extreme3, the only 8/8 870 chipset ^^

2. CM 690II is very decent but at $90 overpriced IMO since u could nab CM 922/NZXT Hades for the same amount or in the latter's case at a lower pricepoint ^^

3. Suggested config @ $750AR

Again, batuchka's suggestion is Pro.

The only thing I'd like to add is the option of a GTX 470. If you're already buying a 700W PSU or similar, you canget a GTX 470 for the same price as 5850's on newegg, so it seems like a given to me.

Like this:

$300 AR

Also, you can get a Hyper 212+ for $30 at Fry's, or $20 at Micro Center... probs $25-30 on the net if you want a HSF.
