Ddr2board vs ddr3graphic card

My motherboad supports ddr2 memory.Can a ddr3 ati 4670 work on it. i mean are they compatiable.

Yes it will work fine. System memory and graphics memory do not have to be the same.

Memory of RAM are different from Memory of GPU.

does this increase graphic capabilities or they remain to only of ddr2,because of the motherboard.so is it advisable to buy a cheaper ddr2 than a ddr3 card?

They are completely different and do not effect each other. You can have a GDDR5 graphics card on a DDR2 system with no problems.

A DDR3 card will be faster than a DDR2 card due to higher memory speed.
