Memory Upgrade

Hello,
I just did a memory upgrade on my pc and now it just keep restarting. Its running window xp with an amd processor 2 ghz
Any suggestion ?

What are the specs of your system and upgrade; MB model, older and newer RAM, CPU. Did you buy the upgraded RAM new? Did you restore the BIOS to default and clear the CMOS before the upgrade? Did you wipe the new RAM pins with alcohol?
