Will this play with crisis

Literally, the setting are "mainstream", "gamer" and "enthusiast". I do not recall how the lowest is called but of course it corresponds to low, medium, high, very high as CT said.
What is his monitor resolution? If his resolution is 1440x900 or 1366x768, then it will work on high or "gamers" setting.
Anything higher than that it will lag or play less than 30fps.
I got an HD4890 with 1920x1080 monitor and can only set Crysis at "Gamers" if I want >30fps. If I set it to "Enthusiast" my fps drops to about 24.
