Replaced motherboard but xp won't load

I replaced the motherboard on my HP Media Center tower with a G41M-ES2H. Everything came up ok and windows starts to load (the windows XP name and progress bar are displayed and the progress bar goes 1 time across the screen) but it always restarts the boot process and does not finish the XP load. Can anyone help?

you have to reinstall the windows when you get a new part, that will solve your proplem
