Final FINAL build-- help!

Hey guys, a few months ago i had almost purchased my first build but it took longer than expected to get the money together ![:(]( ":(")
since then, the availability and price of some components have changed. Im living in Ireland and it can be quite difficult to locate parts here . The following is hopefully my final build. this is my first build so i appreciate all comments and advice. Please tell me if something isnt compatable. THanks....
PS. i dont require a case or PSU- thanks
CPU: Phenom II x4 965 (with Coolermaster Hyper 212)
GPU: Saphire HD 5870
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
RAM: Corsair XMS3 - Memory - 6 GB : 3 x 2 GB - DIMM
WD Caviar Green WD10EARS - Hard drive - 1 TB -
CD Drive : something cheap havent looked yet!
Windows 7
Monitor: LG W2343T-PF - LCD display - TFT - 23"
