Hello im purchasing a computer which has the following optical drive '24x Dual Layer Sata DVD Writer' Does this mean it will only accept Duel layer discs, or are discs like this fine http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10-High-Quality-DVD-R-4-7Gb-Blank-Media-Discs-in-Sleeve-/160621845466?pt=UK_Computing_Other_Computing_Networking&hash=item2565cedbda ?
My plan is to download the 64bit Home Premium windows 7 disc from here http://techdows.com/2011/07/download-windows-7-integrated-with-sp1-iso-official-direct-download-links.html so my question is will i be able to burn that to the disc i linked from Ebay and will it run and install perfectly fine also when i install it, will i get the 30 day trial ?
Thanks in advanced

yes if you have a dual layer dvd burner you can burn the 4.7gb or 8.5gb dvds, you can also burn cd's. with dvd's brand is everything in terms of quality, verbatim and taiyo yuden are my favorites. most dvd burning programs will let you verify the written data if you want to ensure the data burnt to the disc matches the data on your hard drive, id recommend doing this when your burning OS's to discs.
