Safe settings for OC core i7 930 stock 2.80 GHZ

Hello,

What are some safe settings for overclocking my core i7 930 CPU from 2.80 stock to 3.9 to 4.0 safely. I have Noctua core i7 edition cooler

I have a stable system under 181BCLK (x21 Multiplyer)
1.24vcore

Havent gone above that as it seems fine where it is. Remeber to watch your DRAM timings aswell, mine are at 181x10, 1810 - Mine crashes and wont boot if it goes above this, so kept it at this for now.
